Australian Strategic Materials (ASM) has reached an important milestone in its proposed acquisition by Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE American: UUUU / TSX: EFR) – registering the Scheme Booklet with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and releasing the document to the ASX.
The Scheme Booklet contains everything ASM Securityholders need to make an informed decision about the proposed transaction, including the Independent Expert’s Report prepared by BDO Corporate Finance Australia, which has concluded the Schemes are fair, reasonable, and in the best interests of ASM Securityholders.
ASM Securityholders should read the Scheme Booklet in full before making any decision in relation to the Schemes.
